Management
During a construction project, many documents are produced by the various project partners (plans, technical data sheets, calculation notes, etc.). When supplying these documents, each party works according to its own internal methodology. This results in different folder structures, document naming conventions, and approval processes.
As an objective and umbrella party, BeBIM is responsible for setting up standard processes for producing, collecting and approving documents. The result is an unambiguous and structured set of documents at the end of the project, which greatly simplifies the transfer to the management phase of the building.
