In principle, the execution on site is controlled directly from the BIM models that have been drawn up. Adjustments are often still made on site for various reasons. These adjustments are often insufficiently reflected in the BIM models, so that they do not correspond to the situation on site. This creates a lack of confidence in the final BIM models and entails risks when working on these models during the management phase.

By regularly checking the conformity between the work carried out and the BIM models at the yard as an objective party, BeBIM guarantees high-quality as-built models. This can be done both visually and by performing a 3D scanning.
